A Passion for Print & Glass
Terry meets Julie are two artists working under one name with over 20 years experience in creating Mosaics.
In the last 10 years we have taken this experience and used it to create and expand our mosaics into Hot Glass.
Our work explores the Natural Form, its order as well as its sometimes unseen randomness. Most of our work gathers inspiration from the Natural World. We are inspired by the ordinary, yet strangely beautiful effects of nature and can become mesmerised by its colour, form, contrast and complexity.
The combination of detailed screen printing and the fluid nature of molten glass blends together to enable us to create our engaging pieces of Glass. We love to work with glass as it can be both transparent and reflective, colourful and tactile, the screen printed elements give layers of detail and added depth to the glass.
Each piece we create is a process of discovery for us, we hope, giving a similar experience to our customers.
